How long does it take to get my order?
Usually, it takes 1-3 business days after we have received your payment.

SGT&GNRL AB accept Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel or change your order as long the order hasn’t been processed or shipped. If you like to cancel or change your order, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible hello@sergeantandgeneral.com.

Do I need to register an account to place an order?
No, but we recommend you create an account. You will be able to store all your purchases and orders.

Is it possible to try a blazer before purchasing?
Unfortunately not, but if you live in Stockholm, Sweden you are more than welcome to visit our partner Christians Skrädderi at Humlegårdsgatan 4, 114 46 Stockholm, Sweden.

Can I track my order?
Yes, your order contains a tracking number, which you will find in the shipping confirmation e-mail sent to you.

What countries do you ship to and what are the shipping fees and other shipping questions?
We offer free shipping on orders in Sweden.

Shipping to all other countries costs €10 except United States which costs €45. You will find the total cost including shipping in your shopping cart.

We ship to all European countries and United States.

(European countries - Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States).

Within Sweden, we ship with Postnord while we ship to all other countries using UPS/DHL. Shipping within Europe takes about 5-7 business days and to the United States it takes approximately 7-10 business days.

Signature with UPS/DHL is required.

We don’t ship to PO/APO or FPO boxes.

Import taxes
Taxes may appear for packages outside Europe. As a recipient you are responsible for all import taxes, custom and local duties.

SGT&GNRL AB does not take any responsibility for taxes, duties or delays, which may be applied by customs. It is the receiver’s responsibility to pay all taxes to get the parcel released from customs.

Delivery Responsibility
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address or if you fail to pick up your parcel your order will be sent back to us. A re-delivery fee may apply.

Return Policy
If your item is in their original condition and packaging you may return it. You need the original invoice sent to you with the confirmation e-mail.

The item must be returned and exchanged within 14 business days from the original delivery day.

For refund requests, the blazer must be in its original condition and packaging as well as fulfil the conditions below:


(1) Have not been worn, used, altered or damaged.
(2) Not have any odour, smell from perfume, cigarette smoke or other inappropriate odours.
(3) Stickers, hashtags or extra buttons intact.
(4) Proof of purchase. Please include invoice with the blazer to be returned.
(5) The blazer must be returned and received by SGT&GNRL AB within 14 days from the date of delivery.
(6) You are responsible for return shipping costs*

If your blazer doesn’t fulfil conditions above you won’t be able to return your blazer.

How to return a blazer?
Make sure the blazer is packed exactly as you received it and it is packed in the plastic bag you received it in.

Close the box and make sure it is taped.

Make sure you write the right address on the box; take a photo of the box for yourself. Save the receipt.

Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.

Free Shipping
If your blazer has been damaged during shipment to you, we will provide you with a free return label. Please take a photo of your parcel straight away upon receiving and get in contact with as soon as possible.

Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, it is not possible to  exchange your blazer at the moment unless your blazer has been damaged during shipment and fulfils the required the “Return Policy” conditions.

Change of mind policy 

International Customers
Unfortunately, SGT&GNRL AB does not accept exchanges or refund requests due to change of mind for international orders.

Swedish Customers
Swedish customers may exchange their order but need to fulfil “Return Policy” conditions.

Time to receive refund or exchange
Once your request has been submitted and approved and your shipment has been received we will review the returned item and make a decision based on the information you have provided SGT&GNRL AB.

Review will take approximately 7 business days after the shipment has been received. You will be informed by e-mail of the process.

Refunds may take 7-10 business days based on your payment method.

Return costs
Shipping costs are not refundable.

Repairs

Unfortunately, we don’t offer repairs but SGT&GNRL AB can recommend a tailor in Stockholm, Sweden.

Is it possible to return or exchange custom/personalised blazers?
SGT&GNRL will in the near future provide custom made blazers and suits. Unfortunately, custom made blazers or suits cannot be returned or exchanged.
